• 12c에서 Tnsnames.ora 에도 해당 내용이 서술되어 있고 ping , ssh  등이 모두 작동하지만 tnsping 을 입력하면 접속이 되지 않을때 발생

• 해결
• 접속을 원하는 server의 방화벽을 비활성화 시킨다
  
  
  # systemctl stop firewalld
  # systemctl disable firewalld
